KeysKeys to Success

1. Make sure your site is set to "Available" for students to view. If you request a new site, the site will be automatically set to "Unavailable".
Control Panel > Settings > Course Availability

2. Archive your course and Download your gradebook regularly.

3. Attend training sessions when possible - Training Calendar

4. When Naming your attachments

  • should not contain spaces or special characters (ex. #),
  • should be under 20 characters in length, and
  • should have the proper three-letter extension indicating the file's MIME-type(ex .doc).

For spaces, use underscores_ instead. For word processing documents, it is best to post in text (.txt) format if you are uncertain whether your professor or fellow students have the native application (ex. Microsoft Word or WordPerfect) to open it.
